As Vice President - General Manager of EU Activities, you will apply your leadership, direction, and resource stewardship to Pulsenmore in the EU. You will be accountable for establishing and maintaining success in business development, marketing, sales, clinical trials, HR, logistics and organization performance.

In this role you can expect to:

  • Align the organization's EU sales objectives with a firm business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting.
  • Design and establish the EU Marketing department, including marketing roles, digital media operations, and implementing marketing strategy.
  • Through active, productive partnerships with HR and Learning and Development functions, establish and lead learning and development initiatives essential to many issues related this area of the organization’s success, overseeing the effective delivery of training and development programs, actively assessing the value of training and development investments, and monitoring learning.
  • Plan and execute a strategic plan for European activities.
  • Drive the implementation of marketing activities that meet business objectives and drive leads.
  • Direct and support market research, including collection, analysis and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term market forecasts and reports.
  • Establish strong relationships with employees, clients, government officials and stakeholders.
  • Manage talent acquisition, defining and managing the recruitment process for EU operations. This includes creating a process/system for fast and efficient sourcing and recruitment.
  • Work on organizational development – define, build and transform the organization to meet external and internal challenges. This includes innovative and dynamic organizational development, managerial and personal coaching.
  • Collaborate with Client Relationship Managers to provide a world-class client experience during the entire sales journey.
  • Negotiating and closing commercial agreements.

To succeed in this role, we are looking for the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a director of sales or similar strategic role, with expert knowledge in the areas of medical devices and with a focus on radiology products.
  • Knowledge of the European radiology market.
  • A natural networker with the ability to build up a strong network with potential business partners.
  • Master’s degree in business administration or similar.
  • Financially astute with a keen eye for numbers; you will be driven by the desire to maximize sales and profitability, delivering this through creative sales and marketing activity.
  • Experience hiring, leading, and developing a team of stellar people.
  • Complete fluency in written and spoken English and in the official language of the country in which the position is located.
  • Ability to be hands-on with team members, customers, business partners and all other stakeholders.
