Demand Generation Manager

Our Demand Generation Manager leads the design, planning and execution of our demand generation strategy in North America. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional in-person and online customer experiences, building a healthy marketing funnel and measuring conversion and velocity, aligned with our business strategy. You will be a key contact for all stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of campaigns and events, while also being hands-on with the E2E logistics and bringing it to life.

In this role you can expect to:

  • Be responsible for channel strategy and demand creation activities, execute and measure programs and campaigns that increase awareness, strengthen customer and channel relationships, and build funnel and sales opportunities
  • Lead the design and execution of best-in-class in-person and online events aligned with the North America events strategy and in partnership with key associations and industry leaders
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success functions to integrate the event experience into an omni-channel customer journey, deeply embedded into the company CRM
  • Develop innovative formats for industry trade shows, webinars, thought leadership and proprietary events, seamlessly linked with Marcom, digital, PR, internal/executive communications, content marketing initiatives and executive briefings
  • Define and standardize ways of working and create best-practices, aligned with global marketing strategy
  • Generate high-quality leads across all activities – campaigns and event; shape the funnel and correlate revenue to support growth
  • Optimize metrics, analysis and related CRM tooling to effectively measure ROI, achieve cost-savings and drive incremental revenue
  • Manage administrative tasks to support speaking opportunities, abstract submissions, symposiums and forums
  • Partner with Marketing to define the events calendar, develop metrics and reporting

To succeed in this role, we are looking for the following skills and experience:

  • Healthcare Digital Marketing and CRM expert with proven experience translating Marketing Strategy into digital activation and omni-channel experiences
  • 4+ years executing online and in-person events
  • Experience managing key opinion leaders - preferred
  • Strong team player with senior stakeholder management competencies
  • Exceptional organization skills and outstanding execution (timelines, budgets) track-record
  • Must thrive in an environment of rapid change, moving targets, limited resources
  • Strong acumen in agency collaboration and management
  • Uncompromising focus on customers and their experiences
  • Creative problem solver with an eye for quality
  • Experience working with multi-disciplinary and culturally diverse teams
  • Understanding of care pathways, and the many players in healthcare
  • Familiar with Hubspot
  • Comfortable with 30-40% travel
