Corporate update, Nasdaq registration<\/strong><\/h4>

Pulsenmore has filed a public draft registration statement as part of the process to register its shares for trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market. Upon completion, Pulsenmore is expected to become a dual-listed company, trading on\u00a0Nasdaq (PLSM)<\/strong>\u00a0alongside its existing\u00a0TASE listing (PULS)*<\/strong>.<\/p>
