The device utilizes your smartphone’s processing and video streaming capabilities, communication protocols, display, and power resources. For this reason, not all smartphones meet the compatibility requirements. Let’s ensure your smartphone is compatible with the Pulsenmore Home Ultrasound.

Make sure your phone passes the compatibility check.
To check if your Android smartphone is compatible with the Pulsemore device, download the Pulsenmore app from the playstore and follow the steps below.
- Please note that the service supports the latest Android version or up to two previous versions.
- Please ensure your device has at least 1GB of free storage space.
- Ensure a stable internet connection via 5G/4G/LTE with a minimum speed of 600 kbps.
- Use a home network with WPA2 or higher security only
- Enterprise networks (used by organizations) are not supported.
- Wi-Fi signal strength must be greater than -67 dBm.
If your smartphone doesn’t meet the requirements, don’t worry! You can always use another phone, such as one belonging to a family member, as long as it’s available to you.
