Service to be deployed via Beilinson NEXT, Beilinson’s virtual hospital

Ramat Gan, Israel – Jan. 26 2026 – Pulsenmore Ltd. (NASDAQ and TASE: PLSM), a global leader in connected home ultrasound technology, today announced an additional strategic commercial agreement with Clalit Health Services, Israel’s largest health maintenance organization (HMO), to supply Pulsenmore FC, a new at-home ultrasound solution designed for remote follicular monitoring in women undergoing fertility care )IVF and fertility preservation). The agreement is potentially valued at approximately $ 4.5 million over five years following an 18 month pilot. The parties expect to begin ramp-up in the coming weeks.

Under the agreement, Pulsenmore and Clalit will establish an end-to-end clinical service operated through Beilinson NEXT, Beilinson Medical Center’s virtual hospital, enabling eligible patients to perform follicular monitoring scans from home with real-time online guidance and specialist clinical oversight. The agreement allows both Pulsenmore and Clalit to market Pulsenmore FC directly to patients.

Pulsenmore previously reported results in June 2025 from a controlled clinical study at Beilinson Medical Center that demonstrated a strong safety profile, with high concordance between at-home measurements and in-clinic assessments.

Fertility treatment often requires frequent in-clinic transvaginal ultrasound scans and repeated visits that disrupt daily life. Pulsenmore FC is designed to offer another way, enabling eligible patients to complete follicular monitoring scans from home using the Pulsenmore FC, a patient-operated ultrasound device, and step-by-step guidance in a mobile app. Scan data are transmitted securely to the Beilinson NEXT care team for remote interpretation and clinical oversight, supporting monitoring of follicle development and endometrial thickness for accurate timing of key moments in treatment, including the trigger injection and egg retrieval, while helping reduce the need for repeated in-clinic visits during IVF and fertility preservation cycles.

“We believe this agreement represents a global breakthrough in how fertility care can be delivered,” said Dr. Elazar Sonnenschein, CEO and founder of Pulsenmore. “We are enabling a new model of care that respects patients’ time, privacy, and daily lives, while maintaining clinical oversight. We’re grateful to Clalit for their leadership and courage to break new ground for the Beilinson Medical Center and Beilinson NEXT. They are setting a new standard for professional, empathetic, and connected care from home.”

According to Wirtheim, “This service fits seamlessly into Clalit’s new strategic vision, under which ‘Medicine has left the building’: any medical service that can be provided to patients from the comfort and calm of their homes, instead of requiring visits to hospital clinics, will be offered in this way as well – provided it can be delivered at the same level of quality as in the hospital setting. I am confident that once we reach the stage of offering this service to the general public, every woman and every couple who will undergo fertility treatments – with all the emotional and physical complexity they entail – will come to appreciate Clalit’s new service. For the women and couples who choose to receive the service with us going forward, we will be proud to provide an innovative, world-leading hybrid service that makes life easier, even during the medical process.”

Pulsenmore also supplies Clalit with Pulsenmore ES, its physician-supervised home prenatal ultrasound solution, which has recently received FDA De Novo authorization.
RAMAT GAN, Israel, March 13, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — Pulsenmore (TASE:PULS), the world leader in self-scan ultrasound technology for at-home use and remote clinical diagnosis, announces its new clinical study collaboration with Michigan Medicine. The study will examine the ability to conduct a remote biophysical profile (BPP) test, by using the Pulsenmore home ultrasound with the guidance of a remote clinician, potentially reducing the clinical burden.

Pulsenmore Clinician-Guided Mode – Snapshot

The Pulsenmore prenatal home ultrasound, empowers pregnant women to connect their personal smartphones to a dedicated device and application, allowing them to perform ultrasound imaging scans from the comfort of their homes. These scans are seamlessly transmitted to the hospital for evaluation, focusing on essential fetal vitality parameters. The results are then communicated back to the patients. Clinicians can engage with patients asynchronously or in real-time, significantly reducing the necessity for in-clinic visits.

Traditional antenatal testing, like the biophysical profile (BPP), typically conducted in clinical settings, involves assessing fetal parameters such as movement, tone, breathing, and fluid levels using ultrasound, and sometimes combined with a non-stress test.

The study with Michigan Medicine, the University of Michigan’s academic medical center aims to assess whether patients can successfully complete a BPP using the Pulsenmore device with remote clinician guidance. The success of the study could potentially lead to reducing the burden of clinical care and improving patients’ pregnancy experience due to factors like transportation, rural residence, or balancing childcare and work commitments.

Dr. Alex Peahl, MD MSc, an assistant professor and physician-investigator in the department of obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Michigan and the Principal Investigator of the study stated: “Prenatal care delivery has undergone drastic changes since the COVID-19 pandemic, including a rapid growth in virtual prenatal visits. Yet, birthing people with complex pregnancies have not been able to benefit from the improved flexibility, accessibility, and convenience of telemedicine because of the need for in-person fetal testing. The BPP 4 Me study puts pregnancy monitoring tools in patients’ hands, allowing patients to complete Biophysical Profiles (BPPs), tests of fetal wellbeing, from anywhere. BPP 4 Me is the first step towards a new patient-centered model of prenatal care that can reduce care burden and barriers while empowering patients, particularly those most marginalized by our current health care system”.

To date, over 100,000 scans were successfully performed with the Pulsenmore solution, demonstrating its’ safety and reliability. Recent studies indicate the solution can improve access to care and reduce clinical visits duration by 63%, reduce maternal anxiety and improve maternal bonding, as well as contribute to a better pregnancy experience with greater patients’ satisfaction.

Pulsenmore recently announced a commitment agreement with ‘Sheba BEYOND’ virtual hospital. Sheba Medical Center, known for its excellence in healthcare, will utilize Pulsenmore’s solution at ‘BEYOND’ as part of its’ obstetrics department, offering top-quality medical services to high-risk pregnancy insured individuals.

Pulsenmore holds approvals for marketing in Europe, the UK, Switzerland, Israel, Australia, and Brazil. The company continues to expand its operations by growing its’ distribution and collaborations with health organizations in key markets.

With this milestone achievement, Pulsenmore is now poised to distribute its prenatal care solution to health organizations and consumers across the country.

Pulsenmore’s revolutionary home ultrasound technology empowers pregnant women to connect their personal smartphones to a dedicated device and application, allowing them to perform ultrasound imaging scans from the comfort of their homes. These scans are seamlessly transmitted to a remote hospital / clinic for evaluation, focusing on essential fetal vitality parameters. The results are then communicated back to the patients, fostering a continuous and personalized healthcare experience. Clinicians can engage with patients asynchronously or in real-time, significantly reducing the necessity for in-clinic visits.

Geographic barriers have long hindered patients residing in rural areas. Pulsenmore’s solution addresses this challenge ensuring that even the most remote communities have access to high-quality prenatal care. Furthermore, this innovative technology enhances resource management by offering patients and caregivers unparalleled flexibility and time savings. Consequently, it streamlines workflows, reduces ER visits and amplifies overall patient satisfaction.

“The Australian healthcare industry is witnessing a surge in telehealth adoption, with a notable increase in ultrasound imaging usage in obstetrics over recent years. By facilitating seamless connections between health organizations and expectant mothers, Pulsenmore is transforming the landscape of prenatal care,” remarked Dr. Elazar Sonnenschein, CEO and Founder of Pulsenmore. “In cases of high-risk pregnancies, frequent monitoring and follow-up are imperative to ensure the well-being of both the mother and the fetus. Our proven remote monitoring solution enables patients to maintain their routines while receiving the best standard of pregnancy care.”
